By downloading or using Chainful, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
Chainful provides tools for creating habits, scheduling reminders, recording completions, and viewing progress. Chainful is a self-improvement tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for information you enter, lawful use of the app, maintaining access to your device and Apple account, and keeping backups where appropriate. Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Subscriptions
- Chainful Pro is offered through auto-renewable Weekly and Yearly subscriptions. Previously purchased plans remain governed by their Apple subscription terms while active.
- Prices, currency, billing period, and any free-trial eligibility are shown by Apple before confirmation and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials, when offered and eligible, convert to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, or change features to maintain and improve Chainful. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Chainful at any time. We may restrict misuse that threatens users, the service, or legal compliance. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Hizmet
Chainful; alışkanlık oluşturma, hatırlatıcı planlama, tamamlamaları kaydetme ve ilerlemeyi görüntüleme araçları sunar. Chainful bir kişisel gelişim aracıdır; tıbbi, psikolojik veya başka profesyonel tavsiye sunmaz.
Sorumluluklarınız
Girdiğiniz bilgilerden, uygulamayı hukuka uygun kullanmaktan, cihazınıza ve Apple hesabınıza erişimi korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Hizmeti kötüye kullanamaz veya işleyişine müdahale etmeye çalışamazsınız.
Abonelikler
- Chainful Pro, otomatik yenilenen Haftalık ve Yıllık aboneliklerle sunulur. Daha önce satın alınmış planlar etkin oldukları sürece Apple abonelik koşullarına göre devam eder.
- Fiyat, para birimi, faturalama dönemi ve ücretsiz deneme uygunluğu onaydan önce Apple tarafından gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir.
- Satın almayı onayladığınızda ödeme Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
- Abonelikler mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir.
- Aboneliği Apple Hesap Ayarları'ndan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Sunulması ve uygun olmanız halinde ücretsiz deneme, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse seçilen ücretli plana dönüşür.
Kullanılabilirlik ve sorumluluk
Chainful'u korumak ve geliştirmek için özellikleri güncelleyebilir, askıya alabilir veya değiştirebiliriz. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmet, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi olmadan sunulur. Bu koşullar yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan hakları sınırlandırmaz.
Sona erdirme ve değişiklikler
Chainful'u kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Kullanıcıları, hizmeti veya yasal uyumu tehdit eden kötüye kullanımları kısıtlayabiliriz. Güncellenen koşullar yeni yürürlük tarihiyle burada yayınlanır.
